Attention: special conditions for bid acceptance required by Spanish court:

A) On the 4th of March, the chosen bidder will be notified of the pre- awarding of their offer.
B) Until the 14th of March, the pre-awarded bidder bidder will be required to present a deposit for 10% of the bid amount, until the competent Trade Court formalizes the awarding. The deposit amount is capped at € 250.000. The pre-awarded party will need to deposit 10% of the highest bid + commission for the offer to be promoted to court.

Expected time for court awarding is 1 month from the promotion to Court.

Disassembly and loading of the equipment on-site will be carried out by SCHOLLP IBERICA DE MONTAJES.
