The access telecommunication ducts belongs to the bankrupt`s estate BIATEL SA with registered office in Warsaw, and has been described and valued by the appraiser, in accordance with Art. Paragraph 313. 1 of the Act of 28 February 2003 - according to the Polish Bankruptcy Law. The sales made in bankruptcy proceedings has the effects like the sale of enforcement. The sale is carried out in the name and for the account of the trustee in bankruptcy of Biatel SA with its registered office in Warsaw under the provisions of the Act of 28 February 2003 - Bankruptcy and Reorganization Law.

The final approval of the offer takes place after its acceptance by the Judge Commissioner supervising the bankruptcy proceedings.
The Bidder who has received the adjudication under reserve will be bound up with his offer within 28 days.
