Description

This position contain among 8x industry robot KUKA, 3x Tucker Stud Welding, 2x welding machine Fronius, 1x unit for adhesive aplications SCA. A detailed inventory inc. technical data, see this pdf.file. The machines will be used till 28.06.2017. All machines must be dismantled between 28.06.2017 and 06.07.2017. Machines are located in area (see layout SA Kvasiny) Nr. 1. Please read carefully pattern of sales contract, which is downloadable from the front of the auction, special dismantling conditions and layout of SA Kvasiny welding area. More pictures for each item are available upon request. Only authorized contractors may provide dismantling and loading within ŠA a.s. sites. ATTENTION - takeover bids with reservations only, subject to approval by Škoda Auto., a.s.. ATTENTION – takeover bids with reservations only if the sum of highest bids for items X13429-801 through X13429-810 will be higher than the achieved bid price for package item of X13429-811 which cover all individual items en bloc.

1) In case the machinery is to be sold abroad, the machinery must be considered as dual-use items or a relevant license must be obtained resulting in delay in final delivery of the machinery.
2) The buyers from EU-countries will pay a deposit for VAT.
3) Within one year after transfer of proprietary rights to the Buyer, the Buyer is allowed to further sale of the Purchased Goods to third party from any EU Member State only upon written consent of the Seller.
4) The buyer is obliged to discuss possible changes to the purchase agreement with SA, even before the end of the auction.
