The company will be sold on the basis of a written agreement drawn up in the form of a notarial deed.
The company intended for sale is the subject of the rental and the tenant has the right of pre-emption. Conditional bids are granted in the auction and bidders are bound by their offer for a period of 36 days. During this period, the bankruptcy administrator, after having exhausted the procedure resulting from the right of pre-emption, will decide whether to accept or reject the offer. In special cases, the bankruptcy administrator reserves the right to collect the bid bond.
If the company is not sold within the framework of this auction, the bankruptcy administrator reserves the right to add the commission due to NetBid to the selling price.
