3. The bid bond will be included towards the purchase price of sale item or returned without interest to bidders whose bids have not been accepted, on a bank account indicated by the bidders within 7 working days from the date of the acceptance of bids.
4. The bid bond shall be forfeited to the seller, if the bidder whose bid was accepted, does not fulfill his sale agreement. In this case, regardless of the forfeiture of the bid bond, the bidder is obliged to pay the seller any costs and fees associated with the preparation of the contract.
Warning, the sale is awarded under the condition that the sum of the highest bids attained for positions X12455-2, X12455-11, X12455-39, X12455-47, X12455-51, X12455-54, X12455-58 is higher than the highest bid attained for position X12455-1 which contains these positions en bloc.
The final approval of the offer takes place after its acceptance by the Judge Commissioner supervising the bankruptcy proceedings.
