1. For items with bids up to € 9,999.00, they can be awarded immediately if they exceed minimum prices,
   
2. For items with bids at or above € 10,000.00, the highest bid will be submitted to the seller. If the seller accepts it,
the bid will be pre-awarded and promoted to court for approval. The pre-awarded party will need to deposit 10% of the highest bid + commission for the offer to be promoted to court.

3. Bidding for Block Position (no. 300) will require depositing 20% of the starting bid. In case of being pre-awarded, this position will also require court approval.
