If the bid is accepted, the client requires a purchase contract signed by the buyer.

1) The buyer also pays an advance on VAT from an EU member state.
2) The buyer is only entitled to resell the object of purchase to third parties with the written consent of the seller for a period of one year from the transfer of ownership to the buyer.
3) The buyer is obliged to discuss any changes to the purchase contract by ending the auction. Contact will be provided upon request.
4) Loading and unloading of equipment is only possible within the reserved dates specified in the description of each auction item.
5) Offline bids must be placed at least 24 hours before the auction closes.
6) The seller reserves the right to verify the integrity of the buyer, which is usually about 10 days.
7) The knockdown is subject to the consent of the entitled party!
