Additional costs may be incurred. All associated expenses or costs are to be borne by the purchaser of the plant. The buyer is aware of this before the purchase is concluded. The seller cannot act as an intermediary between BASF and the buyer. All safety precautions associated with dismantling are specified by BASF and must be fulfilled by the buyer.
